We pick you up from your accommodation or a nearby meeting point. No stressing about narrow mountain roads, no fighting for parking at trailheads. You just hop in and enjoy the scenery from the start.

What happens if the weather is bad?
We don’t cancel for rain or snow, that’s just Lofoten. We do cancel for genuinely dangerous conditions (storms, blizzards, unsafe roads), and you get a full refund. We’ll also tell you honestly if a tour won’t be enjoyable in the forecast.
Do you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes, hotel pickup is included for tours starting in the same village (Reine, Leknes, Svolvær). For other locations, we arrange a meeting point.
What language are the tours in?
English. Both Ivar and Radka are fluent. We can also do Czech and Slovak if needed (just ask).
What should we wear?
Layers, always. Even in summer. We can send you a packing list after booking based on what we actually wear when guiding.
Can we book just for our family/group?
Yes, see our private tours. The whole van is yours, your own pace, your own stops.
Can you see the northern lights for sure?
No one can promise that. What we can promise: we’ll know the forecast, we’ll go to the best clear-sky spot, and we’ll wait. Our success rate is around 80 % across the season.
How early should I book?
For summer (Jul–Aug) and northern lights season (Jan–Mar), book 2–3 months ahead. With max 7 spots per tour, dates fill up fast.
